The New 4 Aces Poker Chips
Tuesday, November 17th, 2009Over the past 4 years of being involved in the poker supply business I have observed poker chip manufacturers change different chip designs ever so slightly. Most often the changes are for the better and often undetected. Occasionally these changes are more noticeable and hard to adjust to because consumers are accustomed to the previous style.
One chip which has gone through 3 transformations in the last 4 years is the 4 Aces poker chip. The 1st version included a label design that was made into the chip and the edge spots were the chip color, with off white sections. With the next version of this poker chip style the off white sections were made much whiter, which made quite a substantial difference. The newest version may be the best of the two combined. While the label is not made as part of the chip, the graphics are much cleaner and crisper with great detail. Also once the high quality PVC waterproof label is applied to the inlay area of the poker chips; it is very adhesive and very durable. This poker chip line has received a bright makeover. This newest style is sure to be the most popular to date.
