Here at Poker Gaming Products we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if any part of your purchase is unsatisfactory.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within seven (7) days of receiving. The product may be returned for exchange, replacement, or refund. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with no missing parts, hardware, or instructions. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective, has shipping damage that is reported in a timely manner, or the order was filled incorrectly. We request that you report defective, damaged, or incorrect products immediately. Also, note that it is the customer’s responsibility to properly package the merchandise and pay for the return shipping charges.
If you need to return something, please send an email to sales@pokergamingproducts.com or call us at 1-877-317-6537 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.
Exchanges, replacements, or refunds will only be issued after the merchandise has been received by Poker Gaming Products.
Special Instructions for Receiving items shipped via a Freight Carrier (not UPS or USPS)
Due to the size or weight many items, such as poker tables, are required to ship via Freight Carrier. The shipping costs for these items can be very high. While items shipped via Freight Carrier can be returned within the seven (7) day return period for any reason, shipping charges are only refunded if the merchandise is damaged or the order was filled incorrectly.
In addition, since we can not accept delivery of the merchandise for you, it is your responsibility to protect yourself from accepting damaged merchandise. In order to prevent the acceptance of damaged merchandise, please follow the instructions listed below. If damage occurs during delivery and you follow the instructions below, then we will be able to file a claim with the shipper and get your merchandise replaced (including all shipping charges). Otherwise, we will not. Please help us to make sure you receive a new and quality product that is damage free and in good working order. There are special instructions listed below, which must be followed in order to receive a refund for shipping charges on damaged merchandise.
BEFORE signing the delivery receipt you have the right and responsibility to do the following:
- Visually inspect all cartons for holes, tears, and other indications of rough handling. Note any damage or problems on the delivery ticket.
- FULLY remove merchandise from cartons and visually inspect it for any damage, NO MATTER HOW MINOR. Pay particular attention to any areas that correspond to damage appearing on the carton. Please know that damage can occur even if the carton shows no evidence of damage, especially if dropped. Note any damage or problems on the delivery ticket.
- If there is any damage, you are not obligated to take delivery. You have the right to refuse delivery. If you exercise this right, indicate on the ticket that the item is damaged/refused and do not sign. Then notify us immediately by calling locally at (770) 898-2881, calling toll free at (877) 317-6537, or by emailing info@pokergamingproducts.com.
Remember, if these guidelines are not followed we will not be able to file a claim and will not be able to refund the shipping charges. Timely notification is a must in order for a claim to be successfully processed.
