We make every effort to keep the inventory levels on our website up to date. If we receive and order for an out of stock item we will make every effort to contact you quickly in order to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES
All products are available to ship within the continental United States. Larger items that must ship via freight carrier will require a special quote for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. Some items are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Also, we are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. Some items may not be eligible for shipping via the United States Postal Service. Please email info@pokergamingproducts.com or call 877-317-6537 for specific inquiries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently Canada is our only international destination. Please email info@pokergamingproducts.com with any other requests.

TRACKING AND RECEIVING
Tracking numbers will be provided, when available, via email and will be posted with the order tracking information on our website. Many larger items, such as tables, will ship via freight line and may not have a tracking number. You will be contacted via telephone by the freight company. Final delivery will usually be coordinated within a four hour period, during which you will need to be home to inspect and receive your order. Please be sure to read our Return Policy for specific guidelines on receiving tables and chairs.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE the shipment is accepted.

• If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for, PokerGamingProducts.com is not responsible for replacing the product.
• Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition.
• ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the product or order.
• There are no exceptions to this policy.
